8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use, and any access to or use of the website, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with the website or these Terms.

9. Severability and language

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. Where a Bahasa Malaysia version of these Terms is published, the English version prevails in the event of any inconsistency between the two.
